The practical details for evaluating Northvale and planning a repeat-order relationship.
- Regular orders
- Flexible 500g MOQ. Freely mix product types, colors and lengths.
- Samples
- 100g sample MOQ, at wholesale pricing. A maximum of 2 sample orders per customer.
- Color ring
- USD 100, purchased with at least 50g of hair extensions as part of the sample process.
- Stock shades
- Standard color-board shades are available from stock, typically dispatched within 1 business day. Confirm the product and length combination with our team.
- Non-stock production
- 7–15 days. Production timing is generally not dependent on order quantity; the team confirms the schedule with your brief.
- Custom color
- 500g MOQ and a 7–15 day production cycle. Approve the color reference before repeat production.
- Standard packaging
- Professional plastic bags. Genius Weft: 50g per pack. Other hair-extension products: 100g per pack. Topper configuration and packaging are confirmed separately.
- Weight tolerance
- ±3g. Other technical tolerances are agreed with the product specification, not assumed.
- FedEx transit
- Typical transit: U.S. 4–5 days; Europe 3–4 days; other destinations 4–6 days. Transit follows dispatch and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
- Duties
- U.S. duty-paid shipping is available. For other markets, import taxes are generally the buyer’s responsibility.
- Payment
- Bank transfer and PayPal. U.S. and EU local receiving options and Hong Kong multi-currency receiving options are available through our team.
- Verified quality issues
- Once Northvale verifies a product quality issue, the product amount can be fully refunded. Original shipping is not refunded; the customer pays return shipping.
